Rielle seems to offer a hand to those in need and in turn request simple favors.

Sometimes she will stir the pot to people fighting or watch with the smallest of smirks. Was she behind it?

She's a totally legitimate accountant and investor. No, really. She's great with numbers and contracts. There's nothing shady here.

Rielle goes by the name Fox when she is getting her hands dirty. She seeks out those who are willing to work for her as informants, muscle, and even assassins. Anyone who will smuggle something and ask few questions? The better.

Reportedly a child who matched her description was often seen hanging around the Yakuza years ago. That couldn't have been Rielle, right? Otherwise feel free to have spotted Rielle around the city. Perhaps you've bumped into her and had a friendly chat.

While she wasn't born there, her parent is very much a part of a reclusive and territorial clan. The two met when she was a teenager and she's visited the shroud since to satiate her curiosity. She's often ignored by them entirely, however, she's been spotted a few times in the Shroud leaving small offerings for them.

The name of Rielle's business. To the public she's simply an investor, a name behind small businesses to help them open shop. In exchange, they offer a place to help rehabilitate lost souls, criminals, and help the homeless find work. Rielle helps feed, shelter, and pay them. The darker rumors suggest that it's all a front to run criminal activities but she will hear no such thing.

personality

Rielle seems like a kind woman, one who takes in those who need work and a place to call home. When in reality, there's always a price tag that comes with it. She has a small "investment business" called the Spider Lily. She claims to go around helping small businesses in need by giving out loans and for all who dig, she does. She simply asks for these businesses to give either residence or work to the many people she has come to collect.What she's actually running is a criminal organization located in Kugane. The businesses help keep her front, she keeps them open, and provides a large investment for their operations.

Those attuned to such things would sense a harmonious imbalance. There's a constant hum of electricity and a presence of something else.

kitsune

She has a kitsune spirit attached to her own, the two merged into one after Rielle didn't fight its possession and instead struck a deal. She shares the memories of the kitsune, as well as some of its power-- in turn the kitsune has a new host who causes chaos.
This is lesser known, if your character hasn't found this out in character it will be ignored. As this is lore bendy, if you don't wish to interact with this part of Rielle that's totally okay!
